PENDING: We are awaiting a deposit for the bunny.
ON HOLD: Someone has placed a deposit on the bunny.
SOLD: The bunny has been paid for in full, and most likely left our rabbitry.
WATCHING: We are watching the bunny mature & develop to decide whether or not to keep it. If interested feel free to still inquire.
To put a rabbit on hold we require an approximate 50% non-refundable deposit. To do this you may either come and see the bunny in person, and put your deposit down then, or you can simply mail it to us. Deposits can be in the form of Postal Money Order or cash.
Once we receive your deposit we will keep in touch and update you with pictures, etc until the bunny is ready to be picked up. Balance due must be paid in full at time of pick up, in cash only.
Mail-in deposits must be sent out right away. Also, please make sure to include your full name and contact information, when mailing a deposit. Thank you.
If at the agreed upon pick up time, by both us and the customer, we do not hear from them, and cannot get a hold of them, within one week (7 days) the bunny will be put back up for sale. The deposit will not be refunded, but will go for the bunny's care.
Please note that in selling our rabbits we do reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale at anytime, due to the fact that we want all of our rabbits to go to good, responsible homes where they will be well taken care of. Any deposits that have been made would be fully refunded.
If after a purchase you decide you can longer keep your bunny/bunnies, for whatever reason, we are always happy to take it/them back. Generally there will be no refund, however you will have the assurance that the bunny will be well loved and taken care of!
